What data is collected?

The contact form sends nothing through the website: it prepares a message in your own e-mail app, with your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (optional), the age of the person concerned (optional), the reason for the request (optional), your contact preference and your message. Nothing is stored on the website until you click “Send” in your e-mail app.

The form does not ask for any health data. If you choose to mention some in your message, they are only processed to answer your request.

Why, and on what basis?

The data you send me is only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. The processing relies on your consent, collected when you click “Send” in your e-mail app.

How long is it kept?

The messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted, in principle within 12 months, unless a therapeutic relationship is ongoing, in which case retention follows the applicable professional obligations.

Who has access to it?

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It may be processed by the technical providers needed to run the website (hosting, sending e-mails), in compliance with the GDPR.

Cookies

This website places no advertising cookie and no commercial tracking. Audience measurement relies on Umami (self-hosted) et Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless tools that record no personal data: the statistics are aggregated and anonymous (pages visited, origin, device type, loading time).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to your data. To exercise it, write to me at medom@psychomotricite.com or call me on 06 84 74 96 70. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL ( cnil.fr).
